Small print

• Voucher is valid from 1st Sep until 31st Jan 2016, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excluding 21st Dec 2015– 4th January 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 30th November or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple purchases not permitted.
• £10 per night per lodge supplement for Fri, Sat and Sun night stays.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Upgrade to a 6 berth lodge for £30 - arrange with Cologin.
• Lodge sleeps 4 people. Additional guests may be accommodated on the sofa beds at an additional cost (not all Inner Hebridean lodges have these). Extra bed linen can be hired at £10 per set; must be requested when booking and paid for in advance. You will break Cologin’s booking terms and conditions and you won't be accommodated if you arrive with more than the booked number of guests.
• Children and infants permitted, they must be included in head count. Please note under 14's can be admitted to The Barn Bar until 8pm.
• The Barn operates winter opening hours (please check with Cologin directly).
• Smoking not permitted.
• Pet friendly lodges available, discuss with Cologin and must be pre-booked and paid for prior to arrival. £5 per pet per night, maximum of 2 pets per lodge; strictly subject to availability.
• Accommodation includes bed linen and towels.
• Electricity is by meter reading, approx £3 per day.
• One voucher can be used per stay.
• Additional night stays are available.  Please discuss with Cologin and pay directly; subject to availability.
• Single sex groups welcome; a security deposit will be required for large parties.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• It is an offence to fish for trout during the annual close time (7th Oct-14th Mar).
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Your voucher will be forfeited if you cancel within 6 weeks of your stay, however, your voucher can be used by another group for that date. Once you have booked your stay, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
