Small print

• Voucher valid until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 10 - 17, 21 - 31 Dec 2017, 1 - 6 Jan and 11 - 19 Feb 2018. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 7 Feb 2018 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. (We don’t want you to miss out!)
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed with The Big Beach House.
• Multiple vouchers purchased not permitted.
• £350 refundable deposit is to be paid when booking. The full amount will be refunded to you when you leave, less the cost of any damages or extra cleaning required; payable directly to the Big Beach House.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Downstairs rooms: 2 x double bedrooms (1 is en-suite) and 2 x twin rooms (1 is en-suite). There is a single fold out bed in double en-suite bedroom downstairs. There is also a double sofa bed in the downstairs living room.
• Upstairs rooms: 4 x double rooms (2 are en-suite) and 1 x twin bedroom which is also en-suite. There is a single fold out bed in one of the double en-suite bedrooms upstairs.
• Please note one of the double rooms upstairs is a cosy double with a three quarter sized bed.
• Additional bed linen is provided for the single fold out beds and the sofa bed.
• Includes gas, electricity, linen, towels and Wi-Fi.
• No same sex groups such as stag and hen parties without prior consent; please discuss directly when booking. 
• Wheelchair access downstairs only. 
• Children are permitted and are included in headcount; 2 x cots and 2 x high chairs are available.
• Well behaved dogs are permitted and stay free by prior arrangement only; please discuss directly when booking.
• Dogs must not be left unattended in house at any time, are strictly not allowed in bedrooms and must be kept off all furniture. Bedding and feeding bowls are not supplied; owners must bring their own. No trace of hairs or any other matter must be left on departure. Woopsie bags must be used when taking dogs out. 
• Free onsite parking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
