• Voucher is valid from 16 Feb 2016 until 30 Apr 2016, Tue - Sat; subject to availability.
• Bookings can be taken from 9 Feb 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 31 Mar 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max 2 can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in: 3pm, check out: 10am.
• Standard room; McEwan room - double/twin beds,  McAllister room - double only, McKenzie room - double only. 
• Room can be upgraded to a suite for £40 per room; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with hotel when booking. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge.  Please discuss directly with hotel when booking. 
• Wheelchair accessible room is available, please discuss directly with the hotel when booking. Restaurant is also suitable for wheelchair access.
• Set menu applies which is subject to change. No beverages are included. 
• Dinner is served between 6pm and 9pm in the restaurant.
• Vegetarian / gluten free dishes available, please discuss directly with hotel when booking. 
• Parking available; each room has an allocated parking bay.
• Pets are permitted; one small dog per room, £10 supplementary charge.
• Sorry, no children permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
