• Voucher is valid from Sun 6 Jan 2019 until Thur 7 Feb 2019, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Bookings can be made from Mon 26 Nov 2018.
• Voucher is non-changeable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family double £20 or family suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 1 child aged 0 - 2 permitted free of charge when sleeping in a cot. Max 1 cot per room and max of 2 children aged 2+ per room; upgrade to family room required for additional supplements per room per night - £20 double family room, £50 - family suite. Children aged 5 and under eat for free; aged 6+ pay for all meals as taken: buffet breakfast - £6.50 each, kids menu (2 courses) - £7.50 each, half adult portions (3 courses) - £10.50 each.

• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
