• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018, 1 Jan, 14 Feb and all Fridays and Saturdays in March 2019.
• Please note limited weekend availability; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Please note voucher cannot be used by wedding guests staying at the hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe room for a supplementary charge of £30 per person; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a £25 dinner allowance per person towards the dinner menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Children’s menu is available; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children ages 4 and under stay free, children ages 5 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £20 inc breakfast, all meals are charged as taken; payable directly to hotel. Please advise hotel of any childcare required.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Pets permitted in rooms only, not permitted in public areas.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
