• General
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Accommodation: Online bookings only. Please phone Gleddoch 2 weeks prior to your stay to book your afternoon tea.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Executive king available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a Clyde View room for a supplementary charge of £20prpn; payable directly to hotel. Suite upgrades are also available, please discuss directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.  
• Leisure facilities are complimentary for all guests staying overnight. They are available from 3pm on the day of check-in until 11am on the day of check-out. If you wish to use the facilities outwith these times, a supplement of £10 per person per day will apply, payable directly to the hotel.
• Includes Scottish afternoon tea; menu subject to change. 
• Vegetarian and vegan options available. Please advise hotel when booking. 
• Please note there are no gluten / wheat free options are available. 
• Maximum tables of four. Please advise at time of booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco.

• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 0 - 12. For children accommodated in a z-bed a £15 per night charge incurs; this includes breakfast. Please discuss directly with the hotel.

• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy, or for those with diabetes. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the spa. 
• Treatment duration: Ishga facial approx. 55mins, Back massage with booster facial approx. 50mins, Ishga seaweed foot experience approx. 55 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
