• 1 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• 2 night stay: Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sun 29 Nov 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 9-10 Oct.
• A supplementary charge of £29 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard Loch View room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per stay: superior - £29, suite - £35; payable directly to hotel. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted in a dog friendly room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per stay; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
