• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1 - 31 Jul and 1 - 31 Aug 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £29 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin loch view standard room available. Limited availability of twin rooms.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room / suite for a supplementary charge of £29 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1: Includes cream tea for two.
• Options 2 & 3: Include a 5 course dinner from tasting menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Option 3: Dinner is on the first night only.
• Complimentary pickup and drop-off available from Stirling station upon request.
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 dog are permitted at a supplementary charge from £29 per night; payable directly to hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
