• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Sep 2024 until Thu 31 Oct 2024, Mon - Wed 9.30am - 5pm, Thu 9.30am - 2pm and Fri 9.30am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Oct 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Upgrades available: Olaplex treatment - £20; full head of highlights - £20 (option 2 only); toner - £25 (option 2 only) ; balayage - £50. Payable directly to the salon.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Cut & blow dry: Treatment duration: approx. 45-60mins.
• Cut & blow dry with highlights: Treatment duration: approx. 90-120mins.
• Newington salon: Valid with Kayleigh or Naomi only.
• Morningside salon: Valid with Steven or Pamela only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
