Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Sept 2017 until Thur 30 Nov 2017, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 4, 13, 21, 22, 29 Sept and 10 Nov 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin classic standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Afternoon tea is served until 5pm and includes a selection of finger sandwiches, variety of homemade cakes and scones, fruit preserve and Chantilly cream. Please note afternoon tea must be taken on day of arrival. Children are permitted for afternoon tea at a supplementary charge; payable directly to hotel.
• Includes a cocktail or glass of bubbly each served with afternoon tea; can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Breakfast is buffet style full Scottish or continental.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 2’s stay free and ages 2 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to hotel. Over 12’s are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
