• Voucher is valid from 1st May 2014 until 20th July 2014 Sun-Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23rd May & 20th June 2014.
• Friday availability will be limited. Please book in as far advance as possible.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Includes a 3 course dinner each choosing from the table d'hôte menu. Menu is seasonal and dishes vary.
• Deal applies to standard double/twin room.
• Check in from 2pm, late check out by 12noon. Standard check out is 11am.
• Members can upgrade to a Privilege Room for a £15 supplement or Junior Suite for £60 supplement per night.
• Members can also extend their stay for a supplement.
• Children are welcome at a £5 supplement per child, per night (ages 0-12 years) when sharing a twin room with adults. A maximum of one child is permitted per room. 
• An additional £5 supplement applies for kids meal. Please pay all supplements directly to the hotel.
• There are no creche or childcare facilities available.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplement of £10 per dog. Max of 1 dog per room.
• Members can also enjoy a 20% discount on treatments in the Beauty Rooms during your stay. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
• All supplements should be arranged directly with, and paid to Mercure Barony Castle Hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. Please book by 30th June 2014 or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
