• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Mar 2019, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays and Saturdays, 1, 2, 8, 9, 14 – 18, 22, 23 Feb and 1, 2, 6 - 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30 Mar 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 7 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Classic double rooms; subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: twin/family rooms £7.50, additional upgrades from £15; subject to availability; please discuss directly when booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes canapes and a glass of wine; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. Canapes and wine will be available from 12 noon to 7pm from the bar.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert each from the itison set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for sirloin steak on a stone £5; payable directly to hotel. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Breakfast will cost an additional £7.50 for 6 - 12 years old and £12 for 13- 15 years, dinner to be charged as taken; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss availability of Family room directly with the hotel.
• For 2 children 6 - 15 years old a large family room would be required at a supplementary cost of £7.50 per child. Breakfast will cost an additional £7.50 per child, 6 - 12 years old and £12 per child for 13- 15 years, dinner to be charged as taken; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss availability of a Large Family room directly with the hotel.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
