• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10 - 13 Apr and 1 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £60 is required each night for stays that fall over a Friday, Saturday or Sunday; payable directly.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Option 1: Lilac Cottage available, with 2 bedrooms.
• Option 2: MacPhersons Cottage available, with 3 bedrooms.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Credit card details will be taken on arrival.
• Free parking available.
• Breakfast is available in the Moulin Hotel for £12.95 per person per morning; payable directly to hotel. Dining is also available.
• Children permitted and included as part of headcount.
• Max of 1 pet is permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
