Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Sept 2019 until Wed 20 Nov 2019, Mon - Wed 9.30am - 6pm, Thur - Fri 9.30am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 7pm and Sun 11am - 6pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 30 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability.
• Treatment duration: approx. 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
