• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 - 31 Dec 2020 and 1-3 Jan 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021  (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.
• Standard room double or twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Children are permitted and included within the headcount. Rooms can be upgraded to a family room. A supplement will be charged for the room upgrade and for any additional person; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
