• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 17 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2019 - 3 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12.30pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 187ml glass of house wine each, tea and coffee and shortbread. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £30 spend on the dinner menu; subject to change. Option 3 includes dinner on the first night only.
• Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• No children or pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
