• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Mon 31 Jan 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 10 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Option 1: max 2 per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 187ml single serve of house red or white wine each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Includes tea, coffee and shortbread. Two night stay: included on the first night only.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
