• Voucher is valid until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021 and 1 May - 30 Sept 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 2pm – 10pm, check-out 7am – 11am.
• Standard double, twin or family room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes cream tea or a welcome drink on arrival choosing from a glass of red, white or rose wine or a pint of beer each.
• Max of 2 children permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per child; payable directly to hotel. Small family rooms sleep one child and family rooms sleep up two children.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Accommodation is not wheelchair accessible. Bar, restaurant and gallery have wheelchair access.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
