• Options 1 & 2: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Tue, & Fri 10am - 6pm, Wed & Thur 10am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Option 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 3 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, Tue, Fri & Sat 10am - 6pm, Wed & Thur 10am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Limited availability on Saturdays, please book well in advance.
• Excludes Mon and Sun.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted, one voucher to be used per person.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time
• Option 1: Cut and blow dry is valid with a head stylist. Duration approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2: Valid for a half head of highlights with a head stylist. Duration approx. 2 hrs. Longer hair may require a supplementary charge; please liaise with the salon directly. Highlights may not be suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding but they are suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss with the salon directly.
• Option 3: Yuko smoothing treatment duration will vary as depends on hair length; please discuss with the salon directly. 
• Options 1/3: Suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Members can add on curling tong use after blow dry for a supplementary charge of £7; payable directly to the salon.
• Wheelchair access available, no disabled facilities are available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
