Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020; subject to availability. Valid 7 days; 2.30pm - 4.30pm.
• Excludes 14 Feb, 22 Mar and 1 Apr - 1 Jun 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 vouchers per person.
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Option 2 includes a glass of fizz each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
