Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Sep 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days, 12noon, 2pm or 4pm for sit-in or 11:30am and 1:30pm for takeaway; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 9 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 4 people per table. 
• Afternoon tea menu only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian options are available. These must be mentioned when making the booking. No gluten / wheat free options available. Changes cannot be made to the menu to accommodate dietary requirements.
• Includes tea or coffee each.
• Options 2 and 3: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90 mins. 
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
