Small print

• Option 1 and 2 voucher is valid until Wed 28 Feb 2018, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Friday's and Saturday's.
• Option 3 and 4 voucher is valid until Wed 28 Feb 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• All options exclude 24, 25, 31 Dec 2017 and 1 Jan, 14 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 13 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Voucher are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Standard or superior double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 4 dinner is 2 courses choosing a starter and main course each; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• A supplementary charge is required per dish for the following dishes: moules mariner £1.50 as starter and £3 as main, short beef rib, lamb shank, venison casserole £3.50 each, peppered duck £3.95 and 10oz ribeye £9.95; payable directly to hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
