• Voucher is valid until Sun 5 Mar 2017, Nov: Sun – Thur, Dec, Jan – Feb 7 days and 1, 2, 5 Mar 2017;  subject to availability.
• Please note limited availability on Saturday night and in December.
• Excludes Friday and Saturday in Nov, 25 – 27 Nov, 3, 5 – 17,  24 – 31 Dec 2016,  27, 28 Jan, 20 – 23 Feb and 3 – 4 Mar 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard or house room available; includes a complimentary upgrade to Garden View, Family or Superior room, subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free parking available.
• Option 2 and 4 include tickets for one trip around Lake Windermere.
• Please note if using a sat nav please use The Langdale Chase Hotel LA23 1LW as a destination; Briery Wood is directly opposite.
• Children permitted; ages 15 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel. Max children is subject to room availability; please discuss directly with hotel when booking.
• Pets are permitted a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly to hotel. Max of 2 pets.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
