• Voucher is valid until 14th Jun 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4th Jun 2016.
• £20 per room per night supplement for Fri night stay, £40 per room per night supplement for Sat night stay. Please discuss with Brooks Hotel at time of booking.  
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by 20th May 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. Stays can be extended for an additional charge - please discuss with Brooks Hotel at time of booking.
• Check in 2pm, late check out 12pm  
• Limited parking is available for a supplement of £12.50 per night, please discuss and pay direct to Brooks Hotel. 
• King double or twin room available. Please confirm preference at time of booking.
• Sorry, upgrades not available.
• Afternoon tea and a glass of Prosecco served on arrival. Menu can be viewed here. Vegetarian and gluten free options available - please advise at time of booking.
• Wheelchair accessible rooms available on a first come, first served basis.
• Children welcome, all ages permitted. Children aged 2-14yrs require supplement of £20 per child per night, supplement includes breakfast. Cots are provided free of charge.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
