• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 27, 29 - 31 Dec 2018, 1 – 2 Jan, 2 & 9 Feb and 9 Mar 2019.
• A supplementary charge is required per night for the following: Fridays £30 and Saturdays £40; payable directly to hotel.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 10 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.
• King double or twin room available.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Limited parking is available for a supplement of £14 per car per night, please discuss and pay direct to Brooks Hotel. 
• Max 1 child permitted per room. Babies; classed as aged under 2 stay free with cots provided, children up to 14 years require a supplementary charge of £20 per child including breakfast; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel. 
• No dogs permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
