Taste of Andalusia set menu (13th & 14th November)
- Bollo al ajillo & Aceitunas aliñadas - small bread loaf baked with garlic butter and marinated Spanish olives
- Queso de cabra al horno - grilled round goats’ cheese topped with home-made pear and sultana chutney
- Bacalao en Papillote - North Atlantic cod cooked in parchment with smoked paprika, garlic and coriander served with salsa verde
- Tortilla Española - a traditional mainstay of Spanish tapas, tortilla is a thick omlette filled with slice potato and onion and served with pixto salsa
- Chorizo al vino - sliced chorizo sautéed in red wine
- Tajine de cordero - tagine of lamb shoulder, slow-cooked with paprika, cumin, tomatoes, cinnamon, honey, sultanas and apricots
- Brownie de chocolate - rich chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream

- Chuletas de cordero - pan-seared tender lamb chops simply marinated in a traditional Adobo seasoning with mint yoghurt
- Patatas gratinadas - layers of sliced potato baked with garlic, cream and mozzarella cheese
- Gambas especiados - king prawns in rich tomato-paprika sauce with green chilli and coriander
- Chorizo y burrifara negra -sautéed Brindisa Parilla chorizo sausage with Stornoway black pudding in spicy tomato sauce
- Pastel de pasas - rich sticky raisin cake with Pedro Ximinez toffee sauce and orange cream
