• Voucher is valid from Wed 19 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022; subject to availability.
• Overnight stay: valid Wed - Fri and Sun. Excludes Mon - Tue and Sat.
• 2 night stay: valid Wed - Sun. Excludes Mon - Tue.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Options 1-2: cosy double room. Option 3: deluxe double room. Option 4: signature king room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Option 2: Includes a £25pp allowance towards the dinner menu; subject to change. Valid on food only, drinks not included. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 2 vouchers/4 people per table.
• Children permitted. Extra beds/sofa beds are available for a supplementary charge of £60 per room; please discuss with and pay directly.
• No pets permitted. 
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
