• Option 1 & 2 - Voucher is valid until Sun 29 Mar 2020; 11am – 4.15pm 7 days until 3 Nov 2019; Sat and Sun only from 4 Nov 2019 - 29 Mar 2020; subject to availability.
• Option 3 - Voucher is valid until Sun 29 Mar 2020; 11am – 4.15pm 7 days until 3 Nov 2019; Sat only from 4 Nov 2019 - 28 Mar 2020; subject to availability.
• Segway tour with lunch: Excludes 20 Dec 2019 - 6 Jan 2020; bank holidays, school holidays and 14 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only; once confirmed, booking cannot be cancelled.
• Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 7+; must be 45kg - 117kg to participate.
• Segway tour duration approx. 35mins.
• Electric bike tour duration approx. half day in morning.
• Max of 6 people per Segway tour.
• Max of 4 people per bike tour.
• Option 2 includes 2 course lunch or a main course & soft drink or tea or coffee. Excludes 12noon – 2pm. Menu is subject to change.
• Sensible shoes must be worn to participate; dress appropriately for the weather.
• Not suitable for pregnant women; please discuss any health concerns with Scottish Segway Centre or speak with your GP in advance of booking.
• Weather permitting: in the event of extreme weather conditions, the tour may be rescheduled but not refunded. Call in advance if in doubt about the weather to confirm your tour will be going ahead as booked.
• Meeting point: Canada Wood, a short drive from the Falkirk Wheel at Lochgreen Road, FK1 3AZ.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
