• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 31 Dec 2019, 4, 25 Jan, 1, 8, 13 - 15, 28 - 29 Feb and 7, 14, 21, 26 - 28 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room.
• Room can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended at standard rates; please discuss directly with hotel.
• 2 course set menu choosing from a starter and main only; subject to change.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: king prawn tempura £2, 8oz sirloin steak £8.50, 8oz fillet steak £10.50; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted; please discuss with hotel directly for supplementary charges as these may vary.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
