• Voucher is valid from Sun 3rd Jan 2016 until Thu 31st Mar 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12th - 14th, 28th - 29th Feb and 1st, 17th, 25th - 27th March 2016
• Weekend availability. £10 per room supplement for Saturday night stay.
• Please note that a selection of rooms are being refurbished through January to March. All work is carried out in rooms and any distrubtion will be kept to a minimum during day time hours. All other facilities will be available as normal.
• Reservations must be made by Mon 15th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Check in from 3pm, late check out until 12 noon.
• Children are permitted; children under 5 yrs stay and dine free when sharing room, max 1 child accommodated (in extra bed/cot)
• Children aged 5 – under 12 yrs of age stay free in existing bedroom paying for all meals as taken, max 1 child accommodated (in extra bed/cot) (breakfast cost from £5.50 per person) 
• Upgrade to family room which sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (2 double beds) complimentary as part of the deal – children paying for all meals as taken; subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; maximum of two vouchers per person.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• A bottle of red or white is included. A voucher will be given on check in to redeem your bottle of wine.
• Free onsite parking.
• Twin or double Golf view rooms available
• Upgrade to a Junior Suite for a supplementary charge of £45 per room per night; subject to availability; please discuss at time of booking  
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel when booking; subject to availability 
• Pets are not permitted 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
