Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Apr 2019 until Sun 30 Jun 2019, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays, 21 Apr, 5, 10, 26 & 31 May and 6 Jun 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, late-check out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe double for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please arrange and pay hotel directly.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2 includes afternoon tea on arrival; vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Car parking is limited and allocated on first come first served basis; other local car parks are nearby.
• No children permitted. 
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
