Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, Mon 10am - 6pm, Tue - Thur 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 7pm, Sat 9am - 5pm and Sun 11am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. One voucher per member and one voucher can be gifted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 4 per group. Note treatment times may be split, please liaise directly with the salon; subject to availability.
• Please note a £5 charge will be applied to cover the cost of PPE and new health and safety guidelines; payable directly to the salon.
• Option 1: Includes a choice of 1 x 25 minute treatment choosing from a back, neck & shoulder massage, age repair hands or an aching foot reliever; subject to change.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a choice of 2 x 25 minute treatment: back, neck and shoulder massage; age repair hands or aching foot reliever OR 1 x 50 minute full body massage; subject to change.
• Treatment is suitable during breastfeeding and after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Treatment is not suitable during first 12 weeks of pregnancy.  For cancer sufferers/those in remission, please supply Doctor's note and discuss with salon directly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• If opting for the hand or foot treatments, a reduced upgrade to a mini shellac manicure or pedicure is available for £24; payable directly to Chamomile Sanctuary.
• Please note the relaxation room, waiting and changing areas are closed due to current Government guidelines.
• Robes and slippers can be provided.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
