• Voucher is valid until 31st March 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Exclusion dates: 24 - 26 Dec, 31 Dec - 2 Jan & 14 Feb 2016.
• Reservations must be made by 1 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Dogs are allowed and are free of charge. Hotel has specific dog friendly rooms. Please discuss requirements / number of dogs allowed directly with the hotel.
• Sorry, no children allowed. 
• Check in: 3pm, check out: 10am.
• Complimentary parking onsite.
• Standard double or twin room are available and will be either garden view, side loch view or loch view.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights stay.
• Stay cannot be extended.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Once booked with the hotel, any cancellation is non refundable. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
