• Voucher is valid from Tue 12 Sep 2017 until Thur 30 Nov 2017, Tue & Thur 9am - 8pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sunday and Monday.
• Please note last appointment is 45 mins before closing.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 14 Nov 2017 (we don't want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases are not permitted. Max of 1 per person. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2 hours.
• Deal is valid for selected stylists only: appointments are with Imogen and Holly.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• No wheelchair access. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
