Small print

• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2019 until Thur 27 Feb 2020, valid Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Fridays and Saturdays.
• Options 2 & 3: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sat 29 Feb 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019 - 1, 5 - 12 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 6 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Please note credit or debit card details will be required at check in for any accidentals.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double or twin rooms available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Additional adults can be added for a supplementary charge of £15 per person and can be accommodated in Ardgowan View (sleeps 3) or The Old Drapery (sleeps 4) rooms only; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival; Prosecco is served at the bar. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a £40 per couple dinner allowance which must be used in one sitting towards food only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 3 dinner is on one night only, please advise when booking. If tables are required back within a certain time, you will be advised when booking. Children are permitted in the restaurant until 11pm if dining.

• Max 1 child permitted in Ardgowan View room or max 2 children in The Old Drapery room; cots are available free of charge in these rooms only; ages 2 and under stay free and ages 2+ require a supplementary charge of £15 per child including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
