Small print

• Voucher is valid Thu 13 Sept until Thur 20 Dec 2018, Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fridays, Saturdays and 12 - 29 Oct 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 6 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard wigwam with 2 x single beds (pull out extra bed between two singles) and beds converted into seating during daytime.
• Up to 2 additional adults permitted at £15pp per stay; please arrange and pay Braidhaugh holiday park directly.
• Members must bring: crockery, cutlery, towels, duvet & duvet cover (or sleeping bag), pillow and pillowcases; sleeping bags can be hired at £5 each or duvet, sheets and pillows at £10 each.
• Wigwams have £1 electricity metres.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Wigwams have external firepits; logs / coal need to be pre-ordered at time of booking.
• Stag and hen parties are not permitted.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 5s stay free, ages 5 – 14 require a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to Braidhaugh Holiday Park.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per dog; payable directly to Braidhaugh Holiday Park.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
