• Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Nov 2017 until Sat 31 March 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2017, 1, 2 Jan 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday night stays and £20 for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 1 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Choice of check in/out options: check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 12 noon. 
• Double or twin superior room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 2 course dinner from the a la carte menu, choose a starter/main or main/dessert; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten/wheat free options are available; please discuss directly. 
• Includes a 175ml glass of red or white wine each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. 
• Free on-street parking available.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; members can bring cots for children aged 3 and under for free. Max of 2 people per room.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
