Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days, 10am – 4pm (last entry 3pm); subject to availability.
• Excludes 15 Dec 2018 – 14 Jan 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• Suitable for all ages. Children under 16 go free and don't require a ticket.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Please note tour is self-guided.
• Suitable for all fitness levels.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
