• Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Oct 2019 until Sun 29 Dec 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25 – 26 Dec 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £35prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• To alter your booking, a £25 admin fee is payable directly to the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: Superior room £30, Turret room £50, Suite £70; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a £45pp dinner allowance for the a la carte menu, viewed here; subject to change. Option 3 includes dinner allowance both nights.
• Vegetarian, vegan, dairy, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2s stay free, cot hire £10, ages 2 – 12yrs £20 per night including breakfast. Please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please discuss directly as limited dog friendly accommodation available.
• Wheelchair access available, please discuss directly.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
