• Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Jan 2019 until Sun 17 Feb 2019, Mon - Sat 10am - 6pm and Sun 11.30am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking is not required.
• One voucher purchase permitted per person, one additional voucher can be purchased as a gift.
• Only one voucher can be used per member per transaction.
• Voucher must be used in full in one transaction; no change given.
• Voucher cannot be used online. Voucher must be used in full, no change given. 
• Demijohn bottles can be refilled for the cost of the refill only.
• Valid against full price products only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
