• Voucher is valid until Sun 1 Apr 2018, Fri - Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays - Thursdays and 11, 24 Feb 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only; bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to requested date.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Deluxe double river view room available; twin rooms can be requested directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Onsite parking available.
• Children not permitted; max 2 adults per room. 
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
