• Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 19 - 27 Dec 2020.
• Voucher must be made at least 72 hours in advance and by Wed 16 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.
• King guest room or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.
• Picnic is an afternoon tea and includes cakes, scones and sandwiches. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 people per room only.
• Max 1 infant in cot only. Interconnecting rooms available for a supplementary charge accommodating up to 2 additional children; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
