• Voucher is valid from Mon 16 Mar 2020 until Sun 31 May 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 10-13 Apr 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 May 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: premier room - £15 or clan room - £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 3 includes 3 course dinner from set menu on the first evening only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Free onsite parking available; subject to availability.
• Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £10 per night, ages 12+ require a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel. Includes breakfast only. Ages 16+ are classed as adults.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please discuss when booking if required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
