Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thur 28 Feb 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2018 – 3, 14 Jan and 14 - 16 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 31 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin room available; Ferguson suite, Sutherland, Tartan, Culloden suite and Silk; subject to availability.
• Please note all rooms have bathroom facilities on the same floor however not all are en-suite.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: Dunbar suite £20 per night or Durn suite £25 per night; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2 years stay for free and ages 2 – 12 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
