• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 2, 8 & 9 Feb 2019, 8 - 10 Mar 2019.  
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.
• Booking is non changeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Executive double or king room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 & 4 include dinner; £25pp allowance to be used on food only; excludes beverages. Gluten, wheat free and vegetarian options available; please discuss when booking. Option 4 dinner is on first night only.
• Children ages 2 and under permitted; cots are available free of charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
