• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 May 2016 until Sun 31 Jul 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 17 Jul 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Duration: 45 - 90 mins, depending on tour.
• The Ghost and Torture Tour departs daily at 6pm and 8pm.
• The Original Underground Tour departs daily at 12 noon, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm and 5pm.
• Terror Tours depart daily at 10pm.
• Haunted Vaults and Graveyard Tour departs daily at 7pm and 9pm.
• Suitable for over 15’s only; evening tours not suitable for children and/or those of a nervous disposition. The vaults are dark and can be scary.
• Dress warmly and wear sensible shoes; bring an umbrella for inclement weather. 
• In the event of torrential rain Auld Reekie Tours can offer to do the whole tour underground subject to full group approval.
• All tours depart from Auld Reekie Tours advertising boards outside the Tron Kirk on the Royal Mile; tours depart promptly so please be at the departure point 5/10 minutes before the tour time.
• For Fri and Sat tours (2pm, 4pm and 6pm) members will be given a voucher for a Molly’s Medicine drink in The Banshee Labyrinth bar. Members will also be offered additional discounted on drinks.
• Sorry, not wheelchair accessible; due to the historic nature of the site we do not have lifts or ramps available at our location. To enter the vaults guests must be able to climb a winding staircase.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
