• Voucher code is valid from Mon 23 Apr 2018 until Sun 15 Jul 2018, 7 days.
• Online only.  Your voucher code can only be used to download Detecticity game.
• Voucher code is non-refundable once booked with Detecticity.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration approx. 2hrs; the game is not timed and the duration is very much dependant on the players. As a guide, the average completion is 2hrs.
• Suitable for ages 10+; please note some of the stories have references to violence which might not be appropriate for younger players. These references are clearly stated on the website for each game. It is advised not to bring children to play who are either too young or unable to walk for approx. 2 hrs.
• Once the game is downloaded, you may start the game any time, there is no time restriction. advise you to redeem your voucher as soon as you buy it, and play the game at your convenience, whenever you want. However, once you have started the game, you need to finish it within 15 days, including any pauses.
• Your device needs to have one of the following operating systems as a minimum requirement: Android 5.1 Lollipop, iOS 9.3.3, or Windows 8.1. Also, your browser needs to have at least 60MB available cache memory, so please close all other pages in your browser when downloading and during play. The download may take up to 10 minutes.
• You do not need ongoing internet connection for playing the game. It is advised to keep your internet connection live as the game will automatically save your progress, if there are any technical issue during play time or you need to suspend playing, you will be able to return to the last saved point later and continue playing from there. Without internet connection this feature is not available.
• The game can be played on only one device at a time. The link you receive from Detecticity can be used only once, for one download. A “how to navigate the game tutorial” will be automatically available upon voucher redemption.
• Starting point is dependent on your chosen game: Taken (George St) or Memory Lane (Castle Hill Esplanade). Please note these locations are starting points only; representatives from Detecticity will not be in attendance.
• As the game takes place at public places, players must assume full responsibility for their activities, take all risks of accidents or injuries as a result of their behaviour or general traffic conditions.
• Wheelchair accessible.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
