- Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Nov 2025 until Sat 14 Mar 2026, Tue 10am - 2pm, Wed 11am -5pm, Thu 2pm - 8pm, Fri 2pm - 6pm and Sat 10.30am - 4pm.; subject to availability.
- Excludes Sun - Mon & 24 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Feb 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- Online bookings only.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

- Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Please note that sessions aren't private.
- Treatment is suitable during pregnancy from 4 months onwards, and for cancer sufferers/those in remission with permission from a healthcare professional.
- Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
- Please discuss any health concerns directly with venue.
- Fire & ice session: Please wear comfortable clothing or swimwear and bring your own towel for the sauna. Changing facilities are available.
- Zero gravity massage chair therapy session: Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
- Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 60mins (45mins Fire & Ice session and 15mins changing time)
- Options 2 & 3: Treatment duration: approx. 105mins; includes 45mins Fire & Ice session plus 15mins changing time, and 45mins zero gravity massage chair therapy session.
- Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
- No wheelchair access available.
