Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 14 Dec 2018 until Thurs 28 Feb 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30, 31 Dec and 1 Jan 2, 9 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to Fountain Court Apartments.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thurs 14 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 2pm (usually 10.30am)
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Fountain Court.
• Please note card details will be required at check-in with a £50 pre-authorisation deposit as a guarantee for any incidental charges.
• Includes continental breakfast. Breakfast will be placed in the apartment. Includes; cereal, milk, juice, yoghurt, bread, jam & butter.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; Guest beds are free for 1 child under 12 and £35 per night for anyone over 12; one additional extra guest bed will be permitted in any apartment.
• Max 2 dogs permitted per apartment. A supplementary charge of £10 per night, per dog is required; payable directly to Fountain Court Apartments.
• Parking is available on-site at a charge of £12 per car per night, payable directly to Fountain Court Apartments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
