Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 20 Sep until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 & 20 Nov. 
• A supplementary charge of £15 for Friday and £20 for Saturday stays is required; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• One night stay: Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Two night stay: Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Double/twin rooms available.
• Suites can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Two night stay: includes cream tea; plain & raisin scones, cream, jam and tea or coffee; subject to change. 
• No children permitted.
• Max of 1 dog permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Parking available at the NCP carpark nearby; £15 per 24hours.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
